BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health Counseling), and Spring Health Clinician. He has extensive experience providing clinical therapeutic services to military personnel and veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. BJ is a retired US Army officer with nearly 40 years experience leading, training, counseling and mentoring soldiers, civilians, and family members. Using a person-centered approach to psychotherapy, BJ strives to assist others to improve their mental health through empathy, trust, compassion, cultural sensitivity and understanding. He believes hope, optimism and mindfulness are key to developing or enhancing personal strengths and finding solutions to life’s challenges.

DeDe Alexander, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Director of Clinical Partnerships at Spring Health. She has a B.A. in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Women & Gender Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and a M.A. in Psychology from University of Houston Victoria. DeDe specializes in trauma focused CBT, DBT, and groups. She is a lifelong public servant in various areas such as AmeriCorps VISTA, Dallas MHMR, and the Dallas County Juvenile Department Community and is also a former Care Navigator at Spring Health. DeDe’s favorite activities are community advocacy and activism, as well as league bowling.
