Webinars are available to all Spring Health members based in the United States. As sensitive subjects may be discussed, please use discretion with younger attendees.
Yes. Spring Health members can attend as many webinars as they’d like at no cost.
Yes. Webinar participation is confidential and will not be shared with your employer.
Webinar attendees will be off-camera, muted, and can ask questions anonymously during the Q&A. If you choose to use the chat feature, your name will show as the one used when you log into the session.
Please navigate to the “upcoming” section of the website and find the live webinar you’d like to attend. You’ll need to register before the webinar is scheduled to start. To verify your eligibility and save your spot, enter your name, email address, and employer. Then, we’ll email you a confirmation email that includes a link to attend the session.
Yes. Each webinar is recorded, and a replay will be added within one week of the live session. All registrants will receive an email with a link to the replay, regardless of whether or not they attend live. A library of all available recordings can be found here.
Webinars are 60 minutes long, which includes about 50 minutes of speaker content and 10 minutes of Q&A.
Webinars are led by Spring Health clinicians, which allows you to get a better sense of the experienced, compassionate providers you have the opportunity to work with.
No. Anyone who is curious about or interested in a given topic is welcome to attend the webinar. If you’d like to dive deeper into a specific area, please reach out to your Care Navigator for personalized recommendations.
Yes. There will be a Q&A session with the hosting clinician at the end of each live webinar. Given time limitations, not all questions may be answered live, but we’ll do our best! Afterward, we’ll send an email that addresses common questions asked during the session.
While we love opportunities to connect, we don't want to overwhelm attendees. When webinar attendance is high, we may disable chat to maintain focus on the topic being discussed. The Q&A function will always remain on, and you will still be able to send messages directly to panelists. You also have the ability to close the chat feature if you find it distracting.
You can join a webinar through your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Spring Health’s webinars are hosted through Zoom.
