About The Facilitator
Dr. McConnell is a licensed psychologist in Colorado who has worked in the area of substance use disorders since 2007. She has experience as a direct care provider in a medical trauma center in a large urban hospital, an outpatient mental health clinic and community mental health centers. She has also served as an administrator in a county probation department and state medicaid program. Dr. McConnell currently serves as the Director of Clinical Programs at Spring Health.
Nicole Roger is licensed mental health therapist with a demonstrated history of working in startup and government industries. Skilled in blending technology and mental health care to eliminate barriers to quality and evidence-based services. Experienced in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma focused therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. Motivated professional with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's College of California.
